The ExpandCom was created to provide an Open Source ERP SaaS taking advantage of new technologies and methodologies to scale horizontally in a virtualized environment.
ExpandCom is a platform of three basic applications: cloud (backend), android (frontend), worker.
Safety, stability and simplicity are the primary rules.
The purpose is to act as a proxy in an existing system to expand functionality that is not possible due to hardware or software. There are cases where procedures do not exactly meet the need or are completely absent.
There is also the option to create a custom user interface with any library.

Flexibility - scalability
Beyond the user interface on Android you can also use whatever you prefer by building your own processes.
Expand functionality in any GUI you prefer with your favorite library and process the things you think or add your own plugin to Android and manage it on your own terms.
Cloud or not ?
The platform consists of the cloud and the Android client (end user). In fact, the data is in your "hands" and the cloud has the router-manager role.
This allows you not to need a permanent connection to the server and the Internet and to operate autonomously (standalone).
