I already use an app for my business, should I replace it ?

No, you can use the platform partially (eg Web B2C) and have it work with anything you have. The platform supports API to communicate with anything.

Is there any obligation to implement eg an annual support contract ?

No, the platform is available and maintained by us for free in the cloud. All that is mandatory from each involved is to use Ads to keep their app running or there are available points.

Can I use the platform in combination with another one?

For now, no. Because maintenance is more complex, support is required, which you have in the second or third option to use our services. In short you can but you will have support fees and the operating rules will be the predetermined ones, e.g. on Sale will be those already made by the community.
